First Night

I just woke up to a few cardinals outside the window chirping and green everywhere! What a nice sound to wake up to! I mean, there was the usual "MOMMY!! I NEED ___." in there too, but the background was chirping happiness and good morning good morning and sunshine streaming through the windows! How lovely!!

I stayed in the same room with the kids last night. I don't know if it was more for them or for me. I was kicked and prodded and woken up several times, but I still feel good.

My bedroom actually has its own private balcony to birdwatch on. I have birdseed and binoculars too! That room is so far down the hall from the kids room, so I didn't get to enjoy it last night. I will do that tomorrow.

Today I have to go back to the old house and vaccuum and wipe stuff down. I am still using the garage and some closets to store stuff until tenants come in. I have also left some furniture, so I need to get around to putting that in storage.

One of the bathrooms has two shower heads opposite each other,

I prefer a bath tub rather than a water assault chamber, but I'll be open minded and try it.

Off til Saturday to play house! Yay! Yesterday was sufficiently proficient and exhausting. Let's see what today brings.
